I'm pretty sure that I haven't blogged about this yet but it's definitely something I'm hugely passionate about.
In New Zealand we have a nationwide positive behaviour for learning (PB4L) initiative that is being rolled out throughout NZ schools. In my last school they were just about to roll it out and we'd had our first PLD session on it. It worked really well with the Restorative Practice iniative we were using as well. Now that I'm at Heights - I've had a number of PLD sessions on PB4L and I wholeheartedly believe that it works.
